Assistant Audio Engineer for Great City Post / The Radio Point Podcasting Company

My role as Assistant Audio Engineer is to record, edit, and mix various podcast episodes. This workflow includes running remote record sessions, editing interviews using Descript, and mixing the final episode for  release.

Each week we bring you an immersive game show experience where two kid contestants go toe-to-toe and show off their knowledge of historical figures in hopes to win fantastic prizes.

A GOOD CRY with Michael Cruz Kayne by Headgum & Radio Point

Michael Cruz Kayne chats with friends, comedians, and other notable types about grief. Not just the hard parts, but also the memories that make us laugh, the dumb stuff people said to us, and the way we recovered...or didn't. Each episode is a funny, joyful, and also sometimes really really sad reflection on grief, but that's ok. Good even.

In the first episode, Michael interviews Stephen Colbert about Stephen losing his mother, father, and three brothers. This thoughtful conversation will give you a good laugh and a good cry and left me seeing the journey of grief in a whole new way.

Queens Memory Podcast - Season Two
The Borough We Became: Queens Residents On Life During COVID-19

While working for season two of Queens Memory, I served primarily as the podcast's re-recording mixer but in the series creation, I spearheaded the scriptwriting and editing of several episodes. As more people joined the team, I continued to produce various audio segments in addition to mixing.  Being a part of this podcast team was a wonderful way to connect to my community during the isolation of social distancing.

See my playlist of Queens Memory excerpts that feature my contributions. To review the entire series, listen to the Podcast on Spotify or other podcast platforms.
